
Jennifer was always looking forward to becoming a multi-tasking superstar. In her youth she was fascinated by a myriad of genres of music, but she particularly enjoyed Afro-Caribbean music like salsa, merengue and bachata, and pop music hip-hop, hip-hop, and R&B. Though she was passionate about music, the film industry fascinated her as well. The most influential film she was influenced by was the Rita Moreno musical, West Side Story (1961). At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. Jennifer isn't only a skilled entertainer. She also spent eight years in the Catholic elementary school named Holy Family. Jennifer then was able to graduate after 4 years at Preston High School. When she was at the school, Jennifer was an amazing athlete who played in tennis and track. The majority of her life was spent growing up in a house with two stories located in the Castle Hill neighborhood. Jennifer left her home with her parents when she was 18 , to leave. Lopez was a lawyer during the time, and was also taking lessons at night.
